Can speculate even greater weight loss in a RCT which:
- Start with a loading dose - say 50,000 IU daily for the first week
- Used a higher dose of vitamin D - perhaps 50,000 IU weekly (= 200,000 IU monthly)
- Added 100 mg of Magnesium daily- in the form of Magnesium Chloride
Magnesium (in the water) can increase the response to a dose of vitamin D
Perhaps the adults in this study drank hard water (Magnesium)
That is, perhaps there was something in the water

- and lose both in the Spring - unfortunately humans have forgotten to lose the fat in the Spring
- SPECULATION: Low vitamin D might be one of the causes of obesity – several studies
- SUGGESTION: Probably need more than 4,000 IU to lose weight if very low on vitamin D due to
