Observations by VitaminDWiki
- 70% of Randomized Controlled Trials use >100,000 IU in the first week
- Most people need to restore their immune systems as soon as possible
- 4,000 IU daily takes 10 to 20 weeks to be effective
- 50,000 IU daily for a week is effective in about 1 week (followed by 50,000 IU twice a month)
- Many studies have found that Vitamin C, Zinc, and B Complex all fight COVID-19
- Vitamin C and Zinc must be taken frequently to be of much benefit
- Alternatives to Quercetin which increase the vitamin D getting from the blood to the cells
- include Resveratrol, Omega-3, and Zinc
