  • >50 nmol for no vitamin D being needed is > 75 nmol in many countries
  • > 800 IU daily maintenance dose is > 2,000 IU in many countries
  • Maintenance dose can also be every other week with 50,000 IU
    or just continue with 20,000 IU weekly
