  • The many studies are quite compelling, however.
  • Only very rarely has any organization (or person) anywhere at anytime admitted to doing something wrong.
  • Change is extremely rare when it opens up the organization to possibility of law suits
    • doctor had failed to give Vitamin D and there was a pre-term birth
  • I do not expect this petition to be among the rare successes
