Yup, 2500 IU of vitamin D does not help the heart in the short term

  • endothelial function,

  • arterial stiffness,

  • C-reactive protein (CRP) levels, and

  • blood pressure


Actually would have been surprising if they found any benefit with less than 3,500 IU
