Asthma exacerbations with colds reduced by 40 percent with vitamin D supplementation

Loading dose + 4,000 IU vitamin D daily for 28 weeks

Also - Colds were less severe in those getting Vitamin D

Note Zinc every two hours stops colds very nicely - much better than lots of vitamin D
Vitamin C is also very useful
