French National Academy recommended 100,000 IU of Vitamin D to elderly to fight COVID-19 - May 2020

  1. Should not wait days for results of a Vitamin D test if already infected, just supplement
    • Can speedup the restoration of the Vitamin D and immune system by taking Vitamin D in the form of nanoemulsion topically or mucosal - eliminating the delay by the liver and kidneys
  2. Everyone should have the dose, not just the elderly
  3. Obese will usually need a 2X larger dose
  4. Monthly (or bi-weekly) dosing is great for prevention
