Observations by VitaminDWiki
70% of Randomized Controlled Trials use >100,000 IU in the first week
Most people need to restore their immune systems as soon as possible
4,000 IU daily takes 10 to 20 weeks to be effective
50,000 IU daily for a week is effective in about 1 week (followed by 50,000 IU twice a month)
Many studies have found that Vitamin C, Zinc, and B Complex all fight COVID-19
- Vitamin C and Zinc must be taken frequently to be of much benefit
Alternatives to Quercetin which increase the vitamin D getting from the blood to the cells
- include Resveratrol, Omega-3, and Zinc
